Hello everyone, my name is Rabita Osorio and I am excited to be a part of the Sentry team! I am the new Director of Behavior and have been in the field of Applied Behavior Analysis since 2017, starting as a behavior therapist in both the home and school settings. Prior to this, I was an Emergency Medical Technician for a few years where I also worked in the 911 system. I've always enjoyed working in people centered positions to ensure the best outcome for the individual served. When I transitioned into the field of ABA, I fell in love with how proper implementation of behavioral strategies not only changed the lives of our clients, but also their families. This allowed our clients to access environments and activities they were previously unable to integrate into due to specified behavioral deficits. I hope to bring my passion of ABA, leadership skills and knowledge to grow the behavior department into a structured system which facilitates empowerment, success and independence for all clients served.
